    Known hotel.

    good home base for 1 night. very decent and incredibly nice breakfast at the coffee house, warm drinks. quick check-in, fine check-out. the pool was good, comfortable to sit around.

    Everything was perfect, including excellent staff at night shift. The room we had was good sized and top-notch with coffee machine and bathtub, as example. The breakfast was marvellous and awesome at the coffee house, with variety of food.

    Good or Bad? Let me explain

    The cleanliness was excellent! The smart TV elevated my staycation vibe! The chocolate cheesecake was to die for! I couldn't resist bringing one back home.

    While the breakfast spread was decent, it lacked unique flavors. Room service was just okay, missing that wow factor. The ambiance felt lacking, unlike what I'd hope from a 5-star stay.

    The bed in the Beautiful Twin Room was comfy, and the large bathroom with both a shower and separate tub was a real treat. Breakfast had a nice variety of Malaysian options. Staff at the restaurant were super helpful!

    The staff were really helpful , especially Mr Azizi and the breakfast team. The room was clean with a comfortable bed. Parking was just rm8 for the whole day, pretty convenient.
